• Cost: $25 per player per tournament

• Tournament Style: MIXED DOUBLES

• Two Tournament Skill levels: 

  • INTERMEDIATE (3.0-3.5)

  • ADVANCED (3.75+)

• Every player must register individually.

• List your partner's name (if known) when you register.  If you need a partner, indicate that on the registration.

• Teams must be formed and registered by Saturday, January 13th.

• Team matchups will be released after registration closes on January 13th.

• ** Very flexible match schedule **  Teams will schedule their preliminary matches at mutually agreed upon places and times. There will be a limited number of indoor court times available at HUMC for preliminary matches.

• Preliminary Matches: Play 3 games to 11, win by 1.

• Winning team must submit scores via HUMC Tournament Score Update form

• All preliminary matches must be completed by February 20th in order to determine which teams will compete in the championship matches.

• Championship finals will be played INDOORS at HUMC on Sunday, February 25th. 

• Please only register for this tournament if both you and your partner can be present for the final match. 

  • 5pm - Intermediate Finals

  • 6pm - Advanced Finals

  • 7pm - Open Gym for all players with pizza & drinks provided.

• Invite your friends and family to the pizza party afterwards! (Please have them register first though!)

• Winners (1st place), runner-up (2nd place) & 3rd place for each level receive a medallion; placement determined by total wins & overall points.

• Final matches will be live streamed and recorded with all players receiving a link to the game. 

• ONLY spectators need to sign up for the "I'm coming to support the tournament" option.  

• All registered players are automatically invited to the finals and open gym/pizza party!
